This product is for a remote tune session. For ONE CAR ON ONE FUEL TYPE with a mechanically sound engine build with no check engine light on. If you make changes to your vehicle after the tune you will need to purchase a new remote tune service.
What is a remote tune?
Remote tune is a method of tuning your car while not physically having the car in our presence. Thru a program called Teamviewer or Anydesk we can access your laptop with your consent and make adjustments and datalog your vehicle.
Once you place your order for Remote Tuning, you will receive an email with a list of details we need from you to get started with the process and to setup date and time of when the actual tuning service will be provided. We aim to reply within 24 hours in almost all cases.
This process does take some time. You must be patient while the remote tune is in process it will take time, we will need to work together, and you will need to have patience during that process for the outcome to be the most successful.
What do I need to have in my vehicle for remote tune?
1. Laptop computer with your tuning software installed and operational.
2. Wideband O2 sensor properly installed if using Hondata S300, Neptune RTP.
KTuner, Kpro, and FlashPro systems can use the factory wideband sensor.
3. Vehicle must be ready to tune. Mechanically sound and no check engine light on.

Most scenarios that you BELIEVE are a tuning issue, are more than likely a mechanical or electrical issue. Vehicles that are not safe to finish the remote tune will need to be fixed before we continue or to bring them to a qualified performance shop or repair facility and there MAY be an extra charge for this based on time wasted chasing a problem that was not tuning related.
